The amendment is approved.

We shall now consider the next amendment.

The original clause reads:

Quote
This constitution may be amended by an Act of the Assembly, passed with at least seventy five percent in support, and endorsed by the Council of Elders.

The proposal is to amend it to read:

Quote
This constitution may be amended by an Act of the Assembly, passed with at least sixty percent in support, and endorsed by the Council of Elders; or passed with at least seventy-five percent in support, regardless of endorsement by the Council of Elders.

Debate is open for three days.

At the moment I would like the greater leniency, but I don't think this is a permanent solution as we (hopefully) increase in size.

I propose the following amendment:

MOTION: That all references to "First Minister" or "First Ministers" shall be replaced with the word "Consul" and "Consuls" respectively.

I commend the amendment to the house.

I propose an amendment that states that Lavalon will give all citizens who reside in Chester, SC, US $10,000 per year.
