It is my pleasure to welcome Lavalon's newest citizen, Vincent Pistelli, to the forum.

Vincent, I have added you to the Citizen user group, you should now be able to participate in the Senate if  you so choose. I recommend reading the Guide to Participating into the Senate and the discussion on the Constitution Bill currently being considered.
