English:
Okay, this is purely optional, but are any of you interested in participating in a social experiment involving the use of a new language?

If any of you are, point your clickers at http://setowu.wikia.com for information about what could be an official language of Lavalon.  This language I've created is called Setowu (which, logically enough, means "language" in the language itself).

The title page for the Setowu Wiki provides all the information you need to know about how to use the language.  There are also lessons on how to use the language, translation exercises showing how it is used, and encyclopedia entries on various topics using it.

The alphabet is an optional part of the language.

Mr Klaas, you have developed a very sophisticated conlang in Setowu.

I am keen to promote a more multi lingual approach in Lavalon, and Setowu could play a role in this. The skills acquired in constructing and learning languages are transferable, and would aid in developing a more multi-lingual atmosphere.

Well, I try.  The language itself is the result of a few years of tinkering with some ideas, and reading up on past efforts.  I realized a few months ago that what I was working on was finally good enough that I felt comfortable releasing it to the public.

I've been doing some Wikipedia style postings on the Setowu Wiki website on various topics and it's really getting quite fun.  While I'm watching TV, I like to find another topic and do a short page on it in the language and post it.  It's not even like work, it's really a hobby...kind of like making a crystal radio or something.  Smiley
