Not really, at this point it is just curiosity.  I would make sure it is just something he bought though---and to inform him that there are some Sealand web sites that aren't legitimate for future reference.

I have had the pleasure of speaking to Kim Lowe, and I am confident he will be a fine member of our community.

There being no objections, I hereby approve Kim Lowe's application to join the Republic of Lavalon.

The following citizenship applications:

Name withheld, application denied, believed to be under 13 years.

David Bosch, Application pending approval process.

Francesco Amante, Application pending approval process.

Sardar Naveed Kahn, numerous duplicate applications denied.

The applications of Sardar Tariq, Asa Tariq, Sardar Asif, Marriyam Bugem, Asia Tariq, Iram Shahzadi, Muhammed Ibrar, Sarar Zeehar, Omar Street, Mirzar Qadar Barlas, and Mohammed Babar Hameed Gorsi all appear very similiar, and until I recieve some indication that these are actual people wanting to participate in the Republic of Lavalon, these and all similar applications are denied.

Furthermore, all applications from people who do not understand that the Republic of Lavalon is NOT an internationally recognised state, does NOT offer consular assistance, and does NOT have access to sovereign territory they can relocate to will be politely declined with an apology for any misunderstanding.
