Order 004 of 2010 – Returning Officer

1. Mr Harry Spooner is relieved of his position as Minister North America, effective immediately.

2. Mr Harry Spooner is appointed to the position of Returning Officer, and is charged with fulfilling the requirements of the Returning Officer, as outlined in executive Order 003 2010.

3. The Returning Officer is empowered to issues regulations governing the conduct of the upcoming election, in so far as such regulations are consistent with the spirit and the letter of this order and order 003 of 2010.
