Cabinet Minutes Cabinet of the Republic of Lavalon Sunday the 14th of March
Present: Jason Mckerra (Consul), Harry Spooner (Minister to North America), Kim Lowe (Citizen), Sara Lou (Citizen), Petr Dvorak (Observer), Brandon Sullivan (Minister for Development), Mathew (Observer), Zachary Klaas (Minister for Language)

1. Consul explained procedure.
2. Agenda items and order were discussed.
3. Finance Report Discussion on the viability, design and sale of stamps.
Current balance, Lavalon has $626.12 AUD.
MOTION: That the cabinet recommends the Senate appropriate funds for the production of a Lavalonian Stamp. Jason, Brandon, Harry, Zach in favour. None against.
Motion: Cabinet refers the task of preparing a proposal for a Lavalonian currency system to the Minister for Development. Jason, Harry, Zach, Brandon in favour. None against
4. Constution Cabinet was updated on progress of the constitution. For information only.
5. Elections Elections scheduled for the 17th of April MOTION: That Cabinet supports the drafting of appropriate legislation for the conduct of elections. Jason, Zach, Harry in favour. Brandon absent.
6. Foreign Relations - Position on Austenasia "war", Request to annex Edenia, Request from SPQR to sign a treaty.
MOTION: That the Cabinet has no interest in the absurd notion of micronational war. Jason, Zach, Harry in favour. Brandon absent.
MOTION: That the government of Lavalon recognises the prior existense of the Efficient Nation of Edenia. Jason, Zach in favour. Harry abstains. Brandon absent.
MOTION: The cabinet sees no advantage in annexing or merging with other micronations at this point in time. Jason, Zach in favour. Harry abstains. Brandon absent.
MOTION: Cabinet reaffirms it's committment to friendly relations with all micronations, but we have no interest in simple treaties of recognition at this time. Jason, Zach, Harry in favour. Brandon absent.
