Granted, it's spending the Consul's money...but it is for a good cause.

APPROVE.

(I spent $10 of my own money to support the Red Cross in Haiti...or at least I think I did...still waiting for the payment to be processed...)

The Haiti Contribution Bill 2010 has passed.

I have moved $25 from my Republic of Lavalon bank account to my debit card account, I will make a donation (and provide the receipt!) as soon as it clears.
