Citizenship Application of Brandon Sullivan automatically approved

Brandon Sullivan first joined Lavalon in 2004. He is a past president of the Republic of Lavalon, and a micronational leader of great experience. Mr Sullivan recently applied to rejoin the Republic of Lavalon.

As a former citizen and leader of Lavalon, under Article 2 of the Proclamation of the 23rd of July, Mr Sullivan retains the right to exercise Lavalonian citizenship, therefore it is my pleasure to welcome Brandon Sullivan back to Lavalon.

I was never the President of Lavalon, actually.  I believe I had the titles of Chancellor, Minister of Internal Affairs, and was a Justice of the Court---there were 3, that was the most active time period in Lavalonian history I was a part of.
