Republic of Lavalon

The Government of the Republic will issue all citizens with a Citizenship Card, so that citizens might have a physical token of their membership, and so they are able to demonstrate their bona fides as citizens of the Republic should that be required.

The government shall levy no charge for the issuance of Citizenship Cards.
