Republic of Lavalon

On the 23rd of August 2003 the Sovereign Principality of Lavalon and the Kamedò Aòse Tòaka adopted the Declaration of the Condemnation of Racial Supremacy, targetting the so-called “Aryan National Socialist Empire” (ANSE).

The ANSE appears to be defunct, however the declaration remains in force, and is a fine demonstration of the strong attitude micronations should take against racism.

The Republic of Lavalon, as a successor state to the Sovereign Principality of Lavalon, remains a party to the declaration.

Declaration of the Condemnation of Racial Supremacy

(23rd of August 2003)

We the Undersigned Declare that:

WHEREAS the promotion of racism, the superiority of any so-called race over another, the extermination of ‘underpeople’, or ‘ideals’ of so-called racial purity is morally repugnant.

AND WHEREAS the glorification and promotion of Nazism and the repulsive ideals of Adolf Hitler amounts to the glorification and promotion of crimes against humanity and is morally repugnant.

AND WHEREAS the promotion of violence and conflict on any basis, let alone because of the colour of a person’s skin, is unacceptable and repulsive.

AND WHEREAS the promotion of discrimination and hate on the basis of ethnicity, religion or the colour of a person’s skin is unacceptable and
repulsive.

AND WHEREAS promoting the destruction of democracy and the establishment of dictatorship is contrary to all notions of human rights.

AND WHEREAS these attributes accurately describe the so-called Aryan National Socialist Empire.

BE IT DECLARED that we the undersigned;

CONDEMN the Aryan National Socialist Empire in the strongest possible terms.

ENACT an absolute diplomatic, economic and social boycott on all interaction with the Aryan National Socialist Empire. This boycott shall extend to;

1. Any person or entity that supports the Aryan National Socialist Empire through their words or actions;
2. Any person or entity that has dealings with any person or entity whilst knowing of that person or entity’s support by either word or deed of the Aryan National Socialist Empire;
3. Any organization that admits the Aryan National Socialist Empire into its membership in any shape or form; and
4. Any member of an organization, knowing of the Aryan National Socialist Empire’s membership of the said organization, who does not withdraw from that organization;

COMMIT TO informing all micronational entities, like entities, and entities engaged with micronational or like entities, which are in contact or likely to come in contact with the Aryan National Socialist Empire, and of the existence of this Declaration.

AND COMMIT TO encouraging all micronational entities, like entities, and entities engaged with micronational or like entities, which are in contact or likely to come into contact with the Aryan National Socialist Empire, and to become a signatory to this Declaration and enact its measures.

AND COMMIT TO pursuing and advocating the expulsion of the Aryan National Socialist Empire from all micronational organizations or like organizations.

ALL SIGNATORYS

1.Shall publish this declaration where it is readily accessible; and
2. Shall upon publishing this Declaration publish a complete list of signatories and their contact details.

ANY NATION, group of nations or other micronational entity, like entity, or entity associated with micronational or like entities, may accede to this Declaration at any time. Acceding entities will contact all other signatories who will include the acceding nation as a signatory to the Declaration of the Condemnation of Racial Supremacy.
